Every order from Polarya Research is supplied strictly for controlled, in-vitro laboratory research. Please read this agreement in full — submitting an order confirms that you accept every term below.
All items are supplied solely as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical development. They are not classified as drugs, foods, beverages, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. None of these products have been reviewed or approved by the FDA or any comparable authority, and none are offered to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any condition or disease.
Under no circumstances are these products intended for human or animal consumption. They may not be ingested, injected, applied to the body, or otherwise administered to any person or living organism, and they may not be incorporated into any food, drug, cosmetic, supplement, or diagnostic application.
By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or research institution purchasing for genuine scientific purposes, and that you possess the training, equipment, facilities, and legal authorization necessary to receive, handle, and study research chemicals safely and responsibly.
You accept complete responsibility for the safe receipt, storage, handling, experimental use, and disposal of every product, carried out in line with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety standards. You further agree to observe all local, national, import, and export requirements that apply to your purchase and intended use.
You agree that you will not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute any product for any purpose that this agreement or applicable law prohibits, and that you will not misrepresent the intended research-only nature of these materials to any third party.
You acknowledge that research chemicals carry inherent risks, and you assume all liability arising from your possession and use of them. Polarya Research accepts no responsibility for any misuse, and products are provided "as is" for research purposes only.
Placing an order constitutes your full acceptance of this Research Use Only Agreement. If you do not agree to each and every clause set out above, you must not purchase, receive, or use these products.
