Fulfilment

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET and confirmed with successful payment are typically fulfilled the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are generally shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is displayed in the announcement bar at the top of the site. No discount code is required.

Shipping Methods

We ship via standard tracked carriers. Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside our direct control.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic delivery generally takes 2–10 business days depending on destination, carrier volume, weather, and regional delays. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may initially show "label created" until the carrier scans the package into their system. This is normal and does not indicate a delay.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, reshipping may be at the customer's expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no delivery or no movement for an unusual amount of time, contact us at info@polaryaresearch.com. Replacements are only considered after a carrier investigation confirms a package is lost or undeliverable.

Packaging

All orders are packed to minimise moisture exposure, physical damage, and temperature risk during transit. Product names are not displayed prominently on the outside of shipping packaging.

International Shipping

Polarya Research currently ships domestically. We may expand to additional regions in the future. Customers are responsible for understanding the regulatory status of research materials in their location.
