Yes. Products are sourced with quality and purity standards in mind, and many batches are supported by third-party testing. Certificates of Analysis are available on our COA Reports page, and may be requested by emailing info@polaryaresearch.com with your order and batch number.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, refrigeration or freezing may help maintain stability depending on the product.

COAs are available for most products and can be viewed on our COA Reports page. Not all batches have a COA available at all times. You can request documentation by emailing us with your order number, product name, and batch number.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day, while orders placed after that time usually ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may initially show "label created" until the carrier scans the package into their system.

If tracking shows no delivery or no movement for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help review the issue. Replacements are only considered once a carrier investigation confirms the package is lost.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once payment is received and the order is processed, it is final.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. Only products damaged in transit or with a verified manufacturing defect reported within 72 hours may be considered for replacement at our discretion.
