Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research-grade products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or items no longer needed once payment has been processed and the order has entered fulfilment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged in transit or has a verified manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@polaryaresearch.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
• A description of the issue

Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos of everything received. If a fulfilment error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Missing Items

If an item appears to be missing from your order, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the package, packing materials, and products received. We will compare this against the order record and fulfilment details.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

• Change of mind or no longer needed
• Accidental orders after payment is confirmed
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
• Issues reported more than 72 hours after confirmed delivery
